Brent has always had an entrepreneurial drive. When he was growing up in the Elgin-Millville area, he worked at his aunt’s farm stand. Very soon, Brent figured out that he could serve more people, and sell more vegetables, if he hired his friends to work for him bringing farm-fresh veggies door to door. After he graduated high school, Brent joined the Minnesota Army National Guard, and upon completion of basic training, he began his career as a siding installer. Soon, his entrepreneurial instincts kicked in again, and he began running his own crew of siders. As a salesman working in the Rochester area, he and his friend Chad McCarty kept crossing paths. Although they were often in friendly competition for the same work, they began to plan their ideal home improvement company. They would hire the most highly skilled installers that they knew, hire a helpful office staff and other crew members whose main focus was to do the job right and serve the customer. At the end of 2011, Brent opened the All Craft Exteriors, with Chad functioning as the company’s salesperson. Since that time, All Craft Exteriors has grown to be one of the most successful and recommended home improvement companies in Southeast Minnesota.
All Craft remains a highly local company to this day. It is still formed around a core of friends who grew up in the small Minnesota towns between Rochester and Plainview who share a passion for quality work and a job well done.
Brent is also close to his extended family, most of whom live within a five-mile radius. In fact, his aunt, Lori, works for All Craft where she plays an important role in customer service and the accounting office.
Brent lives in the Elgin-Millville area and enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding atv and snowmobiling.

Chad McCarty is the President at All Craft Exteriors and an original member of the All Craft crew. Many years ago, he and company founder, Brent Beck were co-workers. Brent and Chad often discussed the possibilities of creating a home improvement company that was comprised of the most highly skilled installers, salespeople and administrative staff they knew. A company like that, they reasoned, would be dedicated to customer service, as well as teamwork and employee satisfaction. That’s how All Craft Exteriors was born. In addition to his duties as the company’s vice-president, Chad works with many homeowners on their projects and has consistently earned compliments and recommendations from his customers… many of whom have returned to him year after year for various home improvement solutions. Chad and his wife Penny both grew up in Rochester. Together, they have raised two daughters. Chad and Penny now live with a labradoodle named Bently. When he’s not working, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, and camping with his family.
