All Craft Exteriors

Brent has always had an entrepreneurial drive. When he was growing up in the Elgin-Millville area, he worked at his aunt’s farm stand. Very soon, Brent figured out that he could serve more people, and sell more vegetables, if he hired his friends to work for him bringing farm-fresh veggies door to door. After he graduated high school, Brent joined the Minnesota Army National Guard, and upon completion of basic training, he began his career as a siding installer. Soon, his entrepreneurial instincts kicked in again, and he began running his own crew of siders. As a salesman working in the Rochester area, he and his friend Chad McCarty kept crossing paths. Although they were often in friendly competition for the same work, they began to plan their ideal home improvement company. They would hire the most highly skilled installers that they knew, hire a helpful office staff and other crew members whose main focus was to do the job right and serve the customer. At the end of 2011, Brent opened the All Craft Exteriors, with Chad functioning as the company’s salesperson. Since that time, All Craft Exteriors has grown to be one of the most successful and recommended home improvement companies in Southeast Minnesota.

All Craft remains a highly local company to this day. It is still formed around a core of friends who grew up in the small Minnesota towns between Rochester and Plainview who share a passion for quality work and a job well done.

Brent is also close to his extended family, most of whom live within a five-mile radius. In fact, his aunt, Lori, works for All Craft where she plays an important role in customer service and the accounting office.

Brent lives in the Elgin-Millville area and enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding atv and snowmobiling.

Chad Mccarty

President/ Project Estimator

Chad McCarty is the  President at All Craft Exteriors and an original member of the All Craft crew. Many years ago, he and company founder, Brent Beck were co-workers. Brent and Chad often discussed the possibilities of creating a home improvement company that was comprised of the most highly skilled installers, salespeople and administrative staff they knew. A company like that, they reasoned, would be dedicated to customer service, as well as teamwork and employee satisfaction. That’s how All Craft Exteriors was born. In addition to his duties as the company’s vice-president, Chad works with many homeowners on their projects and has consistently earned compliments and recommendations from his customers… many of whom have returned to him year after year for various home improvement solutions. Chad and his wife Penny both grew up in Rochester. Together, they have raised two daughters. Chad and Penny now live with a labradoodle named Bently. When he’s not working, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, and camping with his family.

Jewels DeCorsey

Julie DeCorsey (better known as Jewels) joined All Craft Exteriors as our financial operations & human resources manager.  Because that was a mouthful, we just decided to make her the new General Manager.   All Craft Exteriors, she said, gave her a chance to be part of something bigger in an industry which really never has a dull moment.  Jewels describes the company as one big family, where everybody has each other’s back. When she’s not at work, she loves to spend time with her two kids.  Landyn is a wrestler and plays football & baseball. Daughter Mila not only rocks at dance, she also rocks an extra chromosome. Three dogs, Kita, Luna & Abby, make the family complete.

Meet Matt Peterson, the Productions Operations Manager at All Craft Exteriors. Matt grew up in Minneapolis, MN and attended Dela Salle High School. In 2015, he made his way to Rochester, MN, in search of a tight-knit community and smaller-town living. Through a friend who worked at All Craft, Matt discovered the company and our values resonated with him. After conducting thorough research, he knew he had found the perfect place to continue his career. Matt enjoys the team-oriented and family-like atmosphere at All Craft, and he takes pride in working with such a fantastic group of professionals. Outside of work Matt loves lending a hand to friends and family with home projects, and he spends his free time fishing and playing sports. He is also the proud father of an eight-year-old daughter, Skylie, who enjoys soccer and rollerblading

Trent Wolter is the Sales Manager at All Craft Exteriors. But he is also a product expert. Trent works with our sales team and our marketing department to make sure that they have the latest facts and figures about what we sell. In addition, he works with the team to help craft our estimates. Trent moved to the Rochester area from his native Illinois in 1992. His first job here was as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Rochester Community College. In 1997 he joined Hayfield Window where he rose to the position of plant manager. Trent says that All Craft’s motto, Built on Trust, gave him a good feeling about the company, and he has been glad to learn that it not just a company slogan but is how the business is run. Trent enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and granddaughter, and also enjoys photography and building custom fishing tackle.

Nate is the Insurance Sales Manager at All Craft Exteriors.  He is from Rochester and a graduate of Mayo High School.  Nate has been associated with construction for most of his life with past sales positions in home foundation solutions.

After college, Nate returned to Rochester and got married.  He and his wife Jaci have 3 boys and 3 dogs.  He enjoys coaching football, basketball and soccer.  He likes to travel, especially camping with the family.

He came to All Craft because the Sales Manager position seemed like a natural fit for him and he was quite aware of All Craft’s skill and professionalism  – they previously worked on his own home.

Lori is one of our customer service representatives and one of the friendly voices you’re likely to hear when you call our office. Lori joined the company after having spent years with St. Mary’s, the Credit Bureau and Schultz Implement. She and her husband, John, own a farm in Millville where they raised 2 daughters and are now having fun spending time with their two grandkids. Lori was looking for a chance to work part-time again, and fortunately, her nephew, Brent, was looking for more help in the office. It’s been a great fit, and Lori’s cheerfulness and can-do attitude make even busy days go by fast.

Sam Schad

Sam is a proud Plainview, MN native and like many others from the All Craft family, she’s a Plainview-Elgin-Millville (PEM) high school graduate. Go Bulldogs!

Sam has had a career in working with customers, so when the opportunity to be a Customer Support Rep came up at All Craft, she jumped in.  Another decision factor for her was that she heard All Craft is a family-oriented business.  That is important to her – raising two teenagers, Autumn and Nolan.  Throw in a couple of cats (Turtle and Whiskers) and you have a full house.  When Sam isn’t working, she really enjoys participating in her kid’s activities.

Jamie Ward

After spending some time in insurance and in the hospitality sector, Jamie landed a job in the construction industry and found that she really enjoyed the exciting environment it provided. She heard from a lot of folks that All Craft Exteriors was a great company to work for and that prompted her to join the Best Crew in the Business. The laid-back yet professional atmosphere has been one of her favorite things about this company. A lifelong resident of the area, Jamie lists hiking, fishing, kayaking, painting, and crafting, as well as “anything outdoors” as some of the activities she enjoys. Mark, one of our installers, is from the Elgin-Millville area and went to Plainview Elgin Millville High School. If you ask him, he will tell you that he was inspired to work in the Home Improvement Industry by Brent Beck… but we suspect this is just him yanking Brent’s chain a little because they are cousins-in-law. (We told you this was a family business, right?) In addition to his job at All Craft, Mark farms (“24/7, 365”). Before coming to work with us, he worked as a driver for the Schott Distributing Company.
