All Craft Exteriors General Manager Jewels DeCorsey has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Exterior Contractors Alliance (ECA), reflecting her continued leadership within the company and her commitment to raising standards across the exterior construction industry and the communities we serve.
All Craft Exteriors is proud to share that General Manager Jewels DeCorsey has been inducted to the Exterior Contractors Alliance (ECA) Advisory Board, alongside Lee Lipniskis, CEO of Levello Construction. The announcement was made at ECA’s national meeting in January 2026.
All Craft Exteriors was invited to join ECA in April 2021 under the leadership of owner Brent Beck. Since then, Jewels has been an active contributor — participating in industry panels, engaging in financial benchmarking workshops, and collaborating with contractors focused on operational excellence.
ECA’s Advisory Board is voluntary and by invitation only. According to ECA Executive Director Keely Roberts, told Roofer’s Coffee Shop that board members are selected from among the organization’s most engaged contractors:
“Our advisory board members are the folks that are the most engaged, very well respected amongst their peers in ECA and across the industry. They come to the table four times a year… to help steer our efforts and focus on what makes the biggest difference.”
Jewels’ appointment reflects years of consistent involvement — not a single moment or headline.
As Jewels shared during her a recent interview with Roofer’s Coffee Shop:
“It wasn’t one moment in time. It was years of showing up and contributing and being consistent.”
ECA was founded on the idea that strong contractors improve faster when they collaborate rather than compete in isolation. The organization brings together high-performing exterior contractors who are committed to ethical growth, operational improvement, and long-term professionalism.
Jewels has described ECA this way:
“ECA really is a group of people who are trying to raise the bar in the industry to the level it always should have been.”
At All Craft Exteriors, accountability, financial discipline, and operational excellence are not marketing slogans — they are management priorities. Jewels’ background in finance and operations brings a practical, forward-looking perspective to the board.
“I’m very forward looking. What does next year look like? What do we want this industry to be like in five years? Are we doing something because it’s always been done that way, or because it makes sense and it’s efficient?”
That mindset directly shapes how All Craft plans projects, manages production, and serves homeowners across Rochester and the surrounding communities — whether the project involves a full roof replacement, new siding, energy-efficient windows and doors, or seamless gutters.
ECA also recognized two outgoing Advisory Board members for their years of service:
Brad Beldon, Beldon Roofing/Progressive Roofing (2020–2025)
Ross Cochran, Cochran Exteriors/IHS (2021–2025)
Both leaders were acknowledged for helping shape ECA through a meaningful period of growth.
“We are incredibly grateful for Brad and Ross’s years of service and leadership,” said Graham Howerton, President of FEI Group.
“Their contributions helped strengthen ECA during a pivotal period of growth. We’re equally excited to welcome Jewels and Lee as we continue building a forward-thinking, member-driven organization.”
ECA is a division of FEI Group, a leading interior and exterior finishes organization founded in 1998. FEI Group supports multiple construction segments including new home construction, multifamily, remodeling, kitchen and bath, roofing, and traffic safety. Like the other divisions of FEI, Exterior Contractor Alliance allows members to learn from each other, share and establish best practices in the industry. Membership in the group is by invitation only.
For homeowners in Rochester and the surrounding communities, this appointment is not about a title.
It reflects continued investment in leadership, collaboration, and industry accountability.
ECA members are invited based on culture, professionalism, and a willingness to both share and learn. As Roberts explains:
“Without a community, you’re simply a commodity.”
By participating in organizations like ECA, All Craft remains connected to evolving operational best practices, ethical standards within the industry, and financial benchmarking conversations that help responsible contractors improve.
For our customers, that translates into a company that plans for the long term, invests in internal leadership, evaluates processes critically, and prioritizes professionalism over shortcuts — principles that shape how we operate every day as a locally owned company.
