Overview

Window installers work with the window installation team to remove and replace existing windows and install new products.  Crew members are also responsible for loading job materials into the company truck in preparation for the workday. They will also unload the job materials and properly dispose of any trash.  The job involves working on ladders or scaffolding and some heavy lifting.  The work takes place almost exclusively on the customer’s property, so professional behavior and appearance are a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reports to: Crew Foreman
  • Works on Window/Siding/Gutter/Roofing projects as assigned
  • Completes work as scheduled
  • Works in accordance with All Craft Exteriors standards.
  • Performs duties as assigned by Crew Foreman
  • Participates in both tear-off and install work as directed.
  • Helps prepare job trailer/truck for workday
  • Helps unload job trailer/truck at the end of workday, properly disposes of trash
  • Appearance and behavior on job site conforms with All Craft Exteriors policy
  • Follows all legally required safety precautions and procedures
  • May be asked to take part in paid out of town travel for training purposes
  • Attends company meetings as required by Owner/GM
  • Other duties as requested by the Owner/General Manager/Production Manager
  • Have at least 1 year of construction experience
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Show up on time
  • Work well both as part of a team and independently
